How I Learned To One Arm Handstand In 30 Days | 30 DAY CHALLENGE
This. Was. HARD. This challenge in total took me 2-3 months to actually complete due to the fact I was so discouraged by my progress, I ended up not practicing most days and it took much longer to get 30 days of actual practice in. I spent no longer than 5-10 minutes per day attempting this move, and this is how the progression went. I am most likely going to keep training it this year and post another progression video in the future!

This progression took about 6 weeks :,) Lately i've only been able to have 1 session per week at most due to working and rain (darn spring time) but HOPEFULLY that will be getting better soon! Definitely feeling good about these tricks now that i've landed them again, but i still have to reclaim my TDR-0-0 and TDR-0-1! Thanks for watching!

Hey, whats your rate of fat loss? Ive been watching a few of your older videos where you get really lean. Was it 1 pound per week the whole time? Because i heard once you're below 12 percent bodyfat to take a more conservative approach like 0.5 per week to preserve muscle. What did you do?
I'd say at first it's probably close to 1 lb per week, but yeah basically if you have a lot of fat to lose then it'll come down rather quickly. But once you start getting close to single digit body fat it definitely slows down, I can't remember my exact rate but I would say .5 per week is pretty close

That's awesome! I'm really impressed with how those headphones stay on even during flips. I'm looking for something similar that can stay in place during active movement like that. Do you have any recommendations?
Not in particular! I think mine are just some random brand I found on Amazon that was like 20 bucks, I'd say they stay in pretty good unless I do a lot of twisting lol. I know a couple people have issues with airpods so I'd probably stay away from those

I can lose body fat just as fast as you The problem is, I can't stop drinking alcohol and anxiety eating, it's frustrating, and I can barely exercise bc of fibromyalgia, quit weightlifting and calisthenics But I'll take your video as inspiration, if it wasnt those problems I could do a low calorie diet
You got this bro, just take it one step at a time. Sounds like you got a lot going on which can definitely complicate things. I'm sure you have your own strategies in place as well, but I'd definitely recommend seeking help at least for the fibro. I'm a physical therapist myself and I see a lot of patients who have had to deal with it in the past and understand it can be limiting, but they are usually successful with some form of PT. I'd also recommend keeping a log or journal to document some of your anxiety eating habits, perhaps that could be helpful as well to keep daily notes of how you were feeling and why, and how you responded with food. Just a couple suggestions but I hope you are able to achieve all your goals despite having these battles!
@@ninjaticofficial thanks a lot for the advices, I'll try to keep notes of those moments when I tend to eat because of anxiety I do take medications for anxiety and fibromyalgia, however for pain I haven't found anything that helps, so I just live with it, I don't know how physical therapy would help me but I'm willing to try it, pretty sure my healthcare plan covers it
@@thetrawlerman that's good to hear man! I'd recommend going to a PT at least to get evaluated, see what they recommend. Even if you end up not going back you'll at least get some more info

Fantastic video, the cut definitley worked. The only thing I would say is your Physique before the mini cut was still absoltuley OUTSTANDING and still very lean by most peoples standard. If you walked down the beach with that exact before physique you would look leaner than 99% of people on that beach.
This is probably true! It's hard sometimes to compare with realistic standards due to social media, for both the people who just scroll as well as those who make content! Sometimes everybody could use a good old reality check haha

Thumbnail clickbait i did that for a week and will continue but I don't look ripped/shredded i indeed lost about 4kg but that's just excess water in my body (but keep in mind you will need vitamins and minerals supplements cuz ur in a constant deficit if ur doing Carnivore) I am a Carnivore obviously so that means i eat about 80% fat 20% protein 0% carbs or 2:1:0 ratio (1g of fat=9kCal 1g of protein=4kCal and 1g of carbs=4kCal) Let me tell you this... I feel lighter, my skin feels cleaner over all less acnea and sebum glands problems i started to sleep better and having dreams again since a looooong time I suggest u take it easy, what i do it's an extreme method

I’m 5’5 133 lbs. wrestled all my life and was always very small. Started lifting to pack in size after I graduated and started at 102 now at 133. 1 year later. Eat, eat,eat

Unnecessary fat gain, there's been new studies debunking the cutting/bulking cycles where they compare two groups, ones that eat at maintenance and ones eating in surplus 500+, the muscle gains and strength were the same. Those who ate more had worse health markers, 5 times the fat gain, also now you're going to cut again for another unnecessary 6 months in which muscle gains can be achieved but are not optimal while cutting those 500 calories which you could've enjoyed on maintenance all year around while looking good. Just pick a bodyfat you like and experiment it for a while and you'll enjoy life way more than these unnecessary cycles. I've heard from few youtubers who eat at maintenance and have no issues gaining both strength and muscles, I do the same and life's amazing
Thanks for the input! I personally cycle between bulking and cutting for multiple reasons, some of them being mental and learning to be ok with my body at different stages and to get a better understanding of BF percentages and feel what it is like at each stage to have a higher understanding, but I agree that 500+ is unnecessary. I personally only utilize a 200-300 surplus because I also agree that anything more than that is too much. However there is still good research indicating a small surplus as mentioned above is optimal for hypertrophy and strength training overall. But I do agree that anything more than that would require long periods of cutting, I personally don't cut for a period longer than 3 months or so. Some years I fluctuate between "maingaining" and "bulking/cutting", but I like to experiment with both to better understand my body
