I had two back to back cheat days. How do I get back on track? Do I fast?
I would say it depends on your progress overall. Most of the time I recommend just hopping back onto whatever plan you were previously following instead of overcorrecting by fasting or something, because sometimes that can lead to binge eating or other adverse behaviors. But if you feel like it's something you could handle, maybe just cut another 2-300 calories for the next day and then resume like normal
