    speaking of pre-workout, try this out: in a blender
    2-3 dates
    a banana
    1 cup to 2 cups of raw milk
    1 tbs of honey
    i get my best workouts after drinking this

      I do this same shake with a pinch of Redmond's salt and cinnamon. Sometimes I'll throw a shot of espresso in as well. Absolutely delicious.

    What you said at the end about solidifying the base first rather than going straight to the minor things like grass fed butter etc is so underrated. Solid sound advice lad

    I'm glad to see vegetables are included, they're vital, and I'd go as far to say more important than protein. Try eating a sliced suacer of cabbage 1-3x a day for pumps/ looking "full" all day

    Couldn’t agree more mate I eat the exact same pretty much I have autoimmune called ulcerative colitis
    One more thing to try for gut health isfermented veg such as saurekraut and kimchi have a look mate 👌was a game changer for me.

    Thank god you mentioned 80/20.
    There’s a raw milk, grass fed/finished, guy on insta that preaches most of what you do. But I saw him eating a glass Tupperware of just minced beef and avocado, round his family’s but sat on his own on Christmas Day and just thought “that is ridiculous”. You’ve got it exactly right 👍🏻

      Usually a plate of honey BBQ chicken & jasmine rice with plenty of salt & raw honey. Lots of electrolytes, coconut water then fruits such as bananas, Medjool dates etc

    Right Nutrition is essential when it comes to training and recovery, fat for some can be a better source of energy I generally run better on high carbohydrates lower fat approach, be interesting to see how your eczema is on the raw dairy.

    You may achieve more strenght and focus by consuming more carbohidrates, creatine and caffeine.

      Look up a boxing gym near you. Yes 15 is a good age to go and learn at a gym, but do not try to compete until your ready

    I feel lied to because all my life, all I heard is that I shouldn't eat much protein, don't eat too much eggs or meat and if I eat meat, that I should eat low in fat.
    Now at almost 30 years of age, I go against everything I've heard about nutrition and eat almost carnivore, cut the carbs as much as I can and try to have only 2 meals a day. I feel better than ever mate

    Please keep an open mind to what I am saying and you will evolve so much, but of course it’s your journey, everyone’s different, it’s just a recommendation and you seem really cool

      Fat is not the enemy man. Fat is really good for your body and a great source of energy. Like for me, when I used to eat low fat yogurt I didn't feel good after and it would spike my insulin. After switching to full fat, no insulin spike and I felt good and energized after. Everybody is different but I'm fully with him on the high fat approach. I think high fat is superior in terms of performance, health, and just overall wellbeing.

      It’s clean, goes with alot of foods and tastes great. Season with sea salt for extra flavour
