What i dont understand is how buff you look but somehow doesnt translate well with flips
Like shosei is WAYYYY tiny
But is extremely strong....
Is it just technique or is it ligament and stronger tendon strength. Like what if youre muscles are big but weak. Like just strong for lifting. But the wrong muscles used for tricking?
I think a lot of it just comes down to how you train explosiveness. I can't tell you how many dudes I know that are way bigger than me but barely have any real athleticism... as long as you're incorporating some sort of explosive training into your routine youll be way more "athletic" than most people who look Muscular out there.
Of course the more explosive people will most likely still be lacking in overall strength when it comes to more typical gym exercises like squat/bench/deadlift. I try to train a good balance of both
I honestly can see a difference between the two pictures. You might not look as lean, but you're doing great work with your lean bulking. So very proud of the work you have been putting into your physique. I would love to see how you do in your MMA training. 🔥🔥🔥
