this probably one of the more sustainable diets , eating purely clean or dirty doesn't feel good but a diet like this is actually good at staying clean but not being very restrictive

Last night I was talking to my friend and I ended up eating 1600 calories for the first time in two weeks. In the two weeks prior to yesterday, I lost about 2kg of weight, mostly muscle, because I pretty much have no fat. Now I’m starting to eat about 1600 calories a day. These videos will be helpful.

I don't understand people who say it's hard to bulk. Just by eating 200 grams of nuts you're well pver 1200 calories or over halfway there. Have bacon and eggs for breakfast and you're almost guaranteed to hit 2400 + cals by sunset.
I’ve been trying to bulk for the last 2 months, but I keep loosing weight I have roughly 3500 Cals every day, and 180-200g of protein But nothing seems to work Im down 5kgs during these months I feel both skinny and want to gain, yet I’m scared of gaining fat as I come from a family which most of them are obese. I’ve done my best to get skinny and I’m afraid of retiring where I once was It really feels hopeless
Unless you're 6'7", 250lbs+ and workout 5 days a week, or you're running 10miles every day of the week. At 6 min a mile rate - You're not losing weight on 3500cal a day. If you're not either of those cases (or similar), you are more than likely over estimating what you think 3500 calories is. TBH most of Tom's recipes are far lower in calories/protein than he says they are. Get a proper scale, weigh your food, oils, sauces and calculate via nutritional information - weighing food is far more accurate than using other measuring devices. Use a proper caloric calculator to figure out your needs for maintenance/bulk. It's not rocket science.

It's been difficult to eat 3000 calories a day, because I usually wake up around 11am or 10am meaning I'd only 3 meals from 10am to around 10pm, which also leads me to stuffing myself with 1000 calories per meal and I feel like an absolute whale after just one meal. Another thing to note is I don't move quite a lot in a day. Does this mean I gotta do more cardio too? I am quite sedentary, tbh.

I’ve put on 5kg in 2 months, went from 59 to 64. I used to cope and say that I couldn’t bulk because of my metabolism but if you put the effort in you will see the results.
bulk shakes my man, find a recipe and get your stuff at the supermarket. Easy to drink, lots of kcal! mine is 1100 kcal and my goal is to hit 3500 kcal per day! let me know if i can help you with more stuff!
the base of gaining weight is being consistent with a kcal surplus. stress and stuff also doesn’t help in your process, which can make you lose some weight!

For the pesto pasta I use green pesto cause it has better nutrients and contains a similar amount of calories and imo tastes better, but you do you, pasta is just too good for building muscle!
