Here's my lean bulking guide for skinny guys looking to gain weight and build muscle without much excess fat. I explain bulking for skinny guys and I include lean bulk meals as well as what I eat on a lean bulk diet. Bulking doesn't have to be horrible. Give my healthy lean bulk a try and hopefully my bulking advice and lean bulk tips will help you out!

awesome video Tom, great progress, I'm a skinny man who also had crooked teeth and always weighed 130 lbs. one question I do have tho that you didn't cover in this video but what makes me wonder, whats your carb/fat macro's on the avg daily ? cus when i eat to much fats i feel full 24/7 and when i eat to much carbs I dont want to eat cuz my body is like you've already given me the fuel why would you consume more? which leads me to not being able to eat the needed 3500+ calories for my fast metabolism to pack on the weight.. I used to be able to eat 4k cals every day when I worked physicallly aswell, then I was able to gain weight , these days, all i do is workout tho , I think that might be my biggest culprit or roadblock or how do you call it ? :p anyways my braces are almost comming off in 6 months-ich and I would love to have packed on some lean mass aswell by then , to compliment the transformation right like you did in your short :p anyways all the love ,power, and respect to you and everyone here , hope you can help me with a proper response , WE'RE ALL GONNA MAKE IT BRO'S THAT'S IT. 💪
Three months ago I came across this channel and it changed my life. I started my bulk at 130 pounds and now I am 145 pounds but I’m not done yet. My goal is to get to 160 pounds.

Ill be vulnerable for a second. I think one of the main problems and insecurities i battle is the fact that im just starting out at 22 and i see 15 yr olds running laps around me
How you were at the start is me now. I’m 15 and 6 foot so I need to start gaining muscle but I can’t find time or a routine/what to do.
Ive been working out for 2 years and finally decided to start on my bulk. I ate like crap, felt like crap, and at a certain point, looked like crap. I’m not happy with my physique now, and maybe that’s my body dysmorphia kicking in, but I think Imma go on a mini cut, or lean bulk. I’m not gonna fully cut because I play football and I wanna be strong for when I play.

thanks for the tips and tricks brother, appreciate it, ive been trying to bulk for god knows how long and all i do is stuff my face with food, i learnt through this video that im wrong, but in my current circumstance i can have non veg only 2 meals a week, and protein powder is completely off the table, do you know any vegetarian foods that are high in protein?
I am 140lb/64kg at 178cm/5'10in, got a good diet and workout plan in place, I will come back here every month to hold myself accountable and document my progress! Aiming to get to 72kg

Its been almost 2 weeks since my frist Day in gym i see some progress but i feel like its nothing but i also think its pretty good went from 47kg to 53kg in 2months (but i am still skinny 😢)
bro thats good progress for 2 months. 47kg to 53kg is good for 2months, remember to follow your plans and try to eat as healthy as possible and train as hard as possible(failure)
Just keep going, it's gonna take time but when you get a nice physique you'll realise the effort was worth it

the main problem I have is feeling very sleepy and having brain fog throughout the day when bulking
I have this problem alot too, avoid sugar, and try to find which food your eating which is causing brain fog try to be more aware when you eat and just before it and each day experiment with diet, cut out one meal one day and just eat the same meal twice, and see how you feel, they do the same the following day until you find the particular food making you brain fog. I havent got a solution for the sleepy side yet as i really struggle with feeling drained alot lately.

Height and weight? It's whether you want to lose the excess fat and build muscle or just build size and muscle. A bulk doesn't make you fat if you do correctly it might make everything less visible depending on the surplus you can still be aesthetic but not as much as if you cutted. however it means that you won't get the same size from a bulk and will be much smaller and see much less progress.

eat despite not feeling hungry, you'll get used to it and your appetite will adapt. Also prepare meals in advance so when you have to eat you can just pop them out of the fridge instead of spending time cooking

@@kennethrubio4522as your weight increases you will use more calories a day to maintain your body. Therefore as you get bigger you will need to up your calorie intake.
I would suggest that you just re enter your measurements into the calorie calculator with every 5 pounds gained. Try to stay 200 - 400 calories above maintenance at all times until you reach your desired weight

I really need some help man, I've been going to the gym since like 3 weeks (a newbie) and I feel like my shoulders are getting too wide in comparison to my body and it's starting to look wierd, i dont exactly know what's wrong. Has anybody else face this problem? It's starting to shape like some of those disgusting looking physiques where the shoulders just look too damn wide like a roblox character, i want to avoid it.
