Only if you bring yourself to cardio failure. Which means hills. 5 mins of cardio till you get to cardio failure then repeat again couple days later. Also for hard gainers like myself that have a high metabolism and who work construction it can be just more added food you don’t want to eat a day. I can burn 3500 cals a week in work and cardio which means I need to eat 7,000 extra calories a week extra on top of bmr. It’s rough

Thanks for this insightful video! Im
48 As a hard gainer and a beginner, your content has been incredibly helpful. I’ve been working out for months and have seen small gains, but progress is extremely slow. I have some unique challenges as I’m diabetic and have vagus nerve damage, which affects my digestion and motility. This means I can’t consume large amounts of meat for protein.
I currently take Naked Whey to get 100 grams of protein daily and supplement with other foods to reach about 137-140 grams of protein since I weigh 137 pounds. Additionally, I need to keep my carb intake under 145 grams per day to manage my glucose levels.
Given these constraints, do you have any suggestions on how I can optimize my muscle growth? Any advice on training routines, diet adjustments, or supplements that could help me build muscle more effectively would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all you do!
To achieve a 2100-calorie diet while keeping carbs at 145 grams per day using ground turkey tacos, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, peas, and oatmeal, here is a revised meal plan that maintains these constraints.

I bet you had better cardio after Ranger school than currently.. Cardio does not prevent muscular gain, but it does INTERFERE with it.. 1) You must do cardo AFTER weight work out. If you do it first, you will experience significant decrease in workout performance. Better yet, do cardio on a seperate day. 2) doing the wrong cardo. such as high impact Jumping rope or running cause significant muscle damage with impairs leg workouts. 3) Doing too much cardio will impair gains.. This guy is selling a program.. YOu can get this info for free on the net.

How would you put on muscle without gaining fat if you need to lose weight? Given eating more would put you in a surplus.

So many small-minded people that uses poor excuses for their lack of hard work. All of the tips he mentioned are great, and actually work to make progress. It doesn't matter if he's on gear or not. The process is the same, except for the occasional needle in the bum.

Bro… 1 lb of FAT is 3500 calories. 1 lb of MUSCLE is 600 calories…. Make sure you know this because excess calories above maintenance need cause fat gain. Not much excess above maintenance need is required to build muscle. Watch Mike Mentzer speaking about diet and nutrition.

Cardio absolutely interferes with muscle building if you over-do it

You're right but, muscle building also interferes with muscle building if you over-do it.
Cardio will increase how many calories you need to eat to grow though, so there's an objective argument to be made there.
