Also for hard gainers like myself that have a high metabolism and who work construction it can be just more added food you don’t want to eat a day. I can burn 3500 cals a week in work and cardio which means I need to eat 7,000 extra calories a week extra on top of bmr. It’s rough
@@trix8119 because with cardio you train a different kind of muscle fiber than with strength training so you'll have less fast muscle fibers which make your muscles big and strong. But thats only with very excesive cardio training, i wouldn't worry about it

Ranger school vs lifting as a civilian are two entirely different things people. Lack of normal long sleep cycles, amount of calories burned/day, & lack of weight lifting is what goes on during ranger school.

I gained 11 pounds in 6 weeks, from 140 to 151. Not sure what I weight now, that was 2 weeks ago and I've been going to the gym 3-4 days a week.
