    9-5 guy here. Food is the most difficult part by far, sleep and gym is the easy part, but it gets much easier with time as you stick to your regime. Have a vision why you are doing this, it helps to fuel the motivation for the long term. If it was easy, everyone would be walking around with athletic bodies. Remember - it's better to have the pain of discipline, rather than the pain of regret of what you might have become if you didn't quit. Keep pushing, you got this.

    Smashing video! Great editing, short but sweet and has everything that i was looking for! I really struggle with time for the gym. I work 8:30 - 5 on the days i dont do overtime however the gym seems to be really busy all the time, before work, after work, in the evenings, struggle to get on equipment.
