Best thing I ever discovered to get going is liquid calories: before bed, take a shaker bottle, add whole milk, Greek yogurt, two oatmeal packets of one of the fruit “and cream” flavors, and plus or minus a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Shake and put in fridge, drink in the morning. The oatmeal will be softened up. It tastes amazing, it’s like 60g protein, and like 800 calories first thing in the morning.
Chicken liver is actually really cheap for a lot of protein. It has 23g of protein with really low amount of fat. In Turkey, it's 45₺ which is 1,35$ for kg. We can find it in any supermarket.
just got some eggs from a birds nest.. came back home missing one eye and dents all over my head. I have a feeling my cars going to be covered in bird poop from here on out.
If you’re in aus you can find kangaroo and wild cattle at the local butcher’s for pretty cheap, it’s usually been hit by a truck tho so I understand why some people don’t like it.

Great, now I’m getting diet advice from Charlie Kelly. I’m gonna have to refer to bird law and see if nest pillaging is even legal in my current municipality.

Is hard for me to bulk. Fast metabolism, and I live in a house of 5 so we gotta ration food. Only thing I got to myself is the yogurt every time we stop by the store. Any tips guys?
Bro, you are hilarious, find a bird’s nest with eggs in it. 😂 Just gotta find more than two or three eggs (however many eggs a bird lays). Does one bird egg consist of the same amount of egg as a chicken egg? A chicken egg has 6 grams of protein.
Dieting is not expensive. My grocery store sells grass fed and finished ground beef for $6.99/pound. I eat a pound of that a day along with rice, milk, eggs and fruit. It comes out to like $15 a day and it’s extremely healthy.
But isnt a birds nest different eggs than a hen? Like its different. A birds nest has a baby and the egg at store is from a hen that didn't get screwed by a rooster
Oats are so unhealthy, too much gluten. Best bulking foods for me personally are meats like steak. Chicken, fish, rice, potatoes. NO GLUTEN or processed foods.
