  • This. Was. HARD. This challenge in total took me 2-3 months to actually complete due to the fact I was so discouraged by my progress, I ended up not practicing most days and it took much longer to get 30 days of actual practice in. I spent no longer than 5-10 minutes per day attempting this move, and this is how the progression went. I am most likely going to keep training it this year and post another progression video in the future!

      Oh yeah definitely, I mean I've done several challenges without making videos in the past before my channel existed, but it definitely gives me another incentive!
