    epic! do you have a specific kind of protein powder that you would suggest? also what is your favorite meal in the day?

      I usually use whey protein, I've used casein before but it's much thicker and I don't like the consistency for shakes, and vegan proteins are very similar as well with a slightly funkier taste. If you bake something though, then id recommend casein. And dinner is definitely the best meal

    Hey, whats your rate of fat loss? Ive been watching a few of your older videos where you get really lean. Was it 1 pound per week the whole time? Because i heard once you're below 12 percent bodyfat to take a more conservative approach like 0.5 per week to preserve muscle. What did you do?

      I'd say at first it's probably close to 1 lb per week, but yeah basically if you have a lot of fat to lose then it'll come down rather quickly. But once you start getting close to single digit body fat it definitely slows down, I can't remember my exact rate but I would say .5 per week is pretty close
