Im engaged to my fiancé right now, and while I’m in my waiting season for God to lead my fiancé back to him, I’ve been looking at a lot of homemaking stuff. I really would prefer to be at home, even though we have no kids. At work I don’t like it. I don’t like the stress. At work I feel like I have to act ‘manly’ because I’ve gotta be tough here. I wish I could be a homemaker now, but I have to wait and be patient on the Lord. If anyone could pray for Me and my fiancé, i would be so grateful.

No amount of money can replace the work of a woman making a home.

Re: church potlucks- we eat very healthy, however, those who contribute to the potluck should be shown respect and GRATITUDE, we attend these potlucks primarily for the community of the church and getting to get to know those who come to our church- we can learn and ask for prayer or we can find out others needs and requests for prayer during the gathering more so than announcements pre-service. I ALWAYS bring a big green salad and additions and cut up fruit. The salad is dark green leafy lettuces (romaine, loose leaf green, spinach) and shredded purple cabbage and the add ons are diced celery, bell peppers, red onions, & cucumbers, sliced hard boiled eggs, fresh mushrooms, grape tomatoes, chickpeas with pumpkin and sunflower seeds for people to create their own salad. We will take a little bit of what others brought and eat the salad and fruit, we are not vegan, we love meat, we allow ourselves this one moment in our week or month to “indulge” in the food provided by God for these gatherings and I know some of our church members struggle to provide something and by partaking, one is showing respect, kindness and blessing to those who share what they have. Potlucks are breaking g bread with your community. Please, take this with gentleness and kindness as it is meant to be, only you can choose what you do regarding potlucks, I just ask you look beyond your personal choices to see what others are offering in both their food and themselves at these events.

My father back in Poland was using 96 % spirytus 192 proof alkohol and to better mix propolis with alcohol he freeze propolis in the freezer for 24 hours so he could grain it in the coffee grainier. Small particles were better mixed with alcohol for more nutrients in the tincture.

I love this and am not able to sit and read along at the moment but will be reading proverbs 31 this week❤! Also This is super random but I was just thinking about being a Godly women inside and out and it made me think about modesty when swimming or at the beach? Do you have any thoughts on that? I go to a family beach functions each year and it’s coming up next week. I’m just trying to set an example

"This is Africa", says Kelli & I am thinking, "This is central NY" as she is saying it. We live in a VERY windy region of NY & the power goes out frequently. We do the "power surge" LOL when it thunderstorms, ice storms, or is very windy. We get like one or 2 flickers of the lights & the kids & I go into high gear....we literally run around the house filling buckets, tea kettles, our Alexa pure, buckets in the tub to flush the toilet, buckets outside to water the animals. We literally RUN. Everyone takes a different faucet.... We look like crazy people. Then I start the propane oven (in the winter to heat the back of the house) and I gather all the kerosene lanterns. I text anyone I need to in the immediate (like, "Hey nephew, come down & get the generator started asap, I have eggs in the incubator LOL").

"You are beautiful & Wonderfully made" is something I have been repeating to myself lately. The verses we read continue to remind me my work is for the Lord & doing unto him I am doing unto my husband & am a blessing to my husband. I have been feeling a bit invisible lately, but I continue to remind myself that God see's me then I ask God to help me see my husband the way God see's him!

You are so cheerful Kelli & that is very uplifting. What a great way to spend my morning coffee 'break'. Been having a tough week surrounded by folks with sour attitudes & unfounded anxieties. I am cheerful & things are going fine for me, but it is a drag sitting in the midst of other's down-pull. Thanks for making my morning cemented in The Word! Blessings to you. "She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks." "Her husband is respected at the city gate, where he takes his seat among the elders of the land." These are the 2 lines that stick out to me, due to an interaction I had recently - one that has reinvigorated me. We had some DPW guys at our property recently installing a new culvert. My husband instructed me that morning to go to the store & buy doughnuts as a treat/thank you for them. (we live in a very tiny town & these men are friends of my husbands & some are former coworkers. so we know them all). I had many other things to do that day & was feeling a slight irritation to have to interrupt my morning chores to run this errand, but I immediately put that out of my mind & thought, "this is what my husband is requiring of me RIGHT NOW. So I will just do it right now with a cheerful attitude." I went & got the doughnuts & the men were very happy; they dug into the doughnuts before they dug into our yard. lol. When asked why I got them, I told them that my husband told me to & it was his way of saying thanks. Then, I just went about my day. I came inside & started homeschooling, I cleaned the windows & was sweeping, etc... (they apparently could see this through out front window, lol). I went outside & collected eggs & picked rhubarb & asparagus. Next I hung out a load of laundry & walked the dog. This is all routine for a Monday. Well, my BIL is part of this crew. He relayed their break time discussion to me later that day, with a lot of laughs. Apparently these men went back to lunch break & were all talking about how I was ACTUALLY hanging laundry outside & doing all of these homey tasks. And they were impressed that I would work so hard & that I must save my husband a ton of $$$$. They wished their wives would hang the laundry out instead of using the expensive dryer, but their wives tell them "no way, I'm not doing that. I don't care that it saves $". now mind you, these men only make $18 an hour. They were telling my BIL that my husband has it made, & that they wished their wives would stay home to take care of this stuff. Now these are men making like poverty wages!!!!wishing their wives would give up their paycheck to stay home & take care of them!!!! Women, take note. Have 'strong arms'. Be 'girt about with strength'....the men at the 'city gate' are watching, waiting to give your husband a seat because you have brought him honor. This has stirred me to be more 'vigorous' in my duties. I told my BIL to really blow their minds & tell them that I make my own laundry soap to do all that laundry with - we laughed & laughed.😜

I absolutely agree with this and have been saying this for years. But how do you deal with working outside home when your heart isn't into it? My hubby has early onset dementia, I homeschool, manage home and those responsibilities, cook from scratch as much as possible but if I dint work we won't make bills and we are barely pay check to pay check now. I cry everyday because I want to be home and with my children.

Kelli, I so enjoy and receive many blessings watching your channel. I am a mother to 4 grown children and had many seasons in their growing up younger years to be a homemaker. I know I am in a new season of life and watch my 2 very young grandsons 4 days a week and have the privilege to be a full time homemaker. Your messages and God's beautiful Word allows me to keep my eyes on the way He has designed us to be as women. It's a pleasure to be in a space with many other Christian women with the same heart. Thank you.

Thank you for this video! Its such a encouraging way to start our week. You should do this each week it helps. I been keeping up with all the videos. I just found your channel few months back. I am a stay at home mom with a 1 year old and a 5 year old. I quit my part time job about 4 months ago and im loving this freedom of my own schedule. God has blessed us in this financial freedom that we have. My husband and i have worked so hard to pay things off so i can be home with our kids. Ive been at my part time job about 4 years and i knew in my heart that god calling on my life was to be home with our daughters and this was his timing. God does work in mysterious ways. And i am also going to be volunteering in working in the nursery at our church. Keep up with the videos and how encouraging it is. I love the gardens also. God bless you ❤

I started reading when you mentioned Proverbs 31. "What are you doing my son? Do not give your strength to women, your ways to those who destroy kings." Then thinking, oh this is gonna be good. 😅

It’s not uncommon that I find myself doubting that I am ‘enough’. It’s easy to fall into the trap of believing I’m not worthy, haven’t done enough or not deserving of what the Lord has done for me. And then I remember, I’m not, and no one is. I didn’t earn His forgiveness, it was a gift poured out on me because my God is a gracious and merciful God who recognizes that I am a sinner and will be until the day He calls me home. My actions today should be the result of recognizing that I am the daughter of a King and that I need to focus on what the Lord is calling me to do, not man. Doing ‘more’ won’t make me worthy. But trusting God’s word to guide my steps, and walking in obedience, will bring me peace and fill my heart with joy. Proverbs 31 is a complete plan for what the Lord desires of me. I fail miserably on many days but I know that I am cherished nevertheless. Praise the Lord for He is worthy to be praised. God Bless you Kelli, you are a joy. Oh, and the music was lovely!
