I created this channel in honor of my mother, with whom I spent cooking and trying new recipes, and to express one of my favorite past times: cooking. While we try recipes together, (some old, some new) I hope you find joy and a love for cooking -- no matter your level of expertise! How To Make Cruffins
Ingredients
2 cans of crescent roll dough
3 Tablespoon brown butter or melted butter
2 Tablespoon white sugar
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
dash of flour for rolling pin
powder sugar to top Cruffins
Oil spray for muffin Tin
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Brown your butter (see video if you don't know how, or just use melted butter)
3. Roll out both of your crescent dough on parchment paper and set one aside for later. Be sure to flour your rolling pin, make sure the cracks are gone out of the dough.
4. Combine the white, brown sugar and cinnamon together
5. Using a brush spread the brown or melted butter on top of one of the crescent doughs. Be sure to leave some of the butter for later.
6. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of the butter, but be sure to save a little of it for later
7. Place the second rolled out crescent dough on top the other crescent dough
8. Using your pizza cutter slice the dough in long strips and then roll the strips up like you would a cinnamon roll dough
9. Spray your muffin tin with oil and place your rolled crescent dough inside the muffin tin
10. Spread the reamining butter on top of each muffin and top with the rest of the cinnamon and sugar mixture
11. Bake for approximately 20mins or until the cruffins are golden brown. Once out of the oven allow to cool before serving
