Roasted Lemon Pepper Flavored with BRUSSEL Sprouts and Onions

  • Ingredients:
    2 lbs of Brussel Sprouts
    1/2 of large onion
    Lemon Pepper Season
    Salt to taste
    Olive Oil
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 400°
    2. Cut the bottom off your brussels sprouts and cut the brussels sprouts in half.
    3. Chop the onions.
    4. Wash the vegetables and strain the water off. Pat them dry.
    5. Place the vegetables in a large bowl and sprinkle olive oil on top. Then add the lemon pepper and salt to taste. Using your hands, mix the vegetables to ensure everything is coated well and evenly.
    6. Pour the vegetables on a baking tray, place on the first rack in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes to start. After 20 minutes of the brussel sprouts and onions roasting, stir to ensure the vegetables get an even brown. Place back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until they are browned to your desire. Then remove from the oven and serve!
