🌶️Meatless Chili🌶️

  • Ingredients:
    (6 ) 15 1/2 oz cans of Organic Pinto Beans
    (1) 12 oz can of Organic Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
    (1) 15 oz of Organic Tomato Sauce
    (1) 2 ounce Williams Original Chili Seasoning
    (2) Large White Onions 
    (3) Large Red Peppers
    (3) Large Orange Peppers
    Organic Olive Oil
    Onion Powder
    Garlic Powder
    Red Pepper Flakes
    Seasoning Salt
    Hickory Liquid Smoke
    Sea Salt
    Brown Monkfruit Sugar
    (1) Large pot, I use the Dutch oven 
    Instructions:
    1.  Chop all your orange and red peppers
    2. Preheat your pot on medium heat
    3. Add olive oil to your pot to warm, then add your peppers and onions. Sauté the peppers and onions for a few minutes. Then add the salt to your peppers and onions so they can release the water. Stir the vegetables and then cover with to allow the vegetables to cook down some. Be sure to check your vegetables so they don’t burn and cook them until they are as tender as you like.
    4.  Add all of your beans,tomato sauce and tomatoes to the pot and stir until combined
    5. Add onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, seasoning, salt, hickory liquid smoke, seasoning salt and brown monk fruit sugar to the pot and stir until all the ingredients are combined .
    Of course you and add whatever flavors you would like in your chili, let me know what you think I should try next🤗

    Chili tastes even better the next day, I would suggest to make it a day ahead
