      If you're not seeing the button, it's possible the user account does not have access. Check your staff account permissions.

    It's funny that all return apps are pushing "Free Return Shipping" as the norm. You got to understand that Shipping prices are very high in countries like the USA, and in most cases, stores offer shipping at half the actual cost to remain competitive. If you add Free Returns on top of it, it's just not possible for small businesses to survive with this model.

      Subscriptions are not compatible with Bundles just yet. This is something that is coming soon with Shopify.

      Typically you will have a cash drawer and then reconcile your cash at the end of the day. From there, it's up to your business process to decide what you do with the cash. At some point you it makes sense for it to be deposited into your business account as income. Up to you though.

      The native Shopify Subscriptions app (in the video) has all the features and needs for a basic subscription program. The other apps (like Bold or Recharge) have more advanced features that you can use. Depending on your needs, you may need to look at third party if you're not seeing what you need in the Shopify one.

    Thank you for the video, it was very good!! I've two questions about the form that were not in the video. 1- How can I make a form for the buyer/company to request to add other products to their catalog? In the form, they can see the list of all the categories we have and can choose and request to see the new category they want in their catalog. For example: Company X can see two categories in their catalog, shirts and sneakers, but they want to apply to be able to see the jeans category as well. 2- I'm making the B2B separate from the main store (both are still on trial), the B2B is closed only for companies and will have a link on the main site that redirects B2B customers who want to access the B2B site. If I make a form on the B2B site and copy the link from the form's landing page and put it on the main site, will the customer be able to see the form (since the B2B site is closed only for B2B) and apply to become a B2B?

      You can try using the Shopify Forms app to make custom forms. You can add extra fields where the B2B customers can enter/choose categories. There is not an automatic way to accomplish this so you will need to manually create the forms.

    I want to offer big ticket B2B products at xx% down + 12 monthly payments with a total credit limit depending on the company, ie 50% down with a total limit of $10,000 financed at a time. Is there any way to customize this instead of having the maximum be $0 down and net 90 terms? I want customers to be able to log in and make monthly payments at their convenience or ideally on autopay.

      This type of manual pay-as-want is not a paradigm currently support via the B2B payment options in Shopify. You could offer Shopify's Shop Pay as an installment option as long as it's not more than $20k. Maybe see if that would work.     How do I change the price of a product if it scans wrong? Are custom sales tracked? I am having issues getting consignment setup because this system doesn't allow anything in the cart to be edited. Legally it needs to because if something scans wrong I need to be able to honor the correct price. I have no clue why Shopify doesn't allow that. Not good.....

      You can click on an item in the cart and apply a custom discount if you need to lower the cost. The "price" cannot be changed as that is actual price of the item. Or you could enter a "Custom Sale" to manually enter the item and price, however that will not track inventory. Not sure if that helps, but those are some ideas off the top of our heads.

      As long as you're using the new customer accounts and have the Returns active, then it's available to use after delivery (unless the order is outside of the return window that you set)

    Thanks for the Video. I’m about to switch to Shopify. One big issue is how we can calculate prices in shopify and give custom prices to specific clients or client groups. We will use one of the „normal“ subscriptions. Can this be used in the „normal“ subscriptions or are there other ways to calculate prices, give custom prices to specific client groups and do like graduated prices as well? Thanks in advance :)

      The Shopify B2B features (which is what you see in the video) let's you define custom catalogs that you can assign to groups or single companies. You need Shopify Plus to access the B2B features, otherwise you can do everything that you see in the video including global discounts, fixed pricing, volume discounts and quantity rules.

      @@julianpaus9517 There are some apps that handle this but none of the apps will have this level of integrated service. We don't really have any specific one to recommend. Maybe try a few that match your needs as a lot of them have free trials.

      "point of sale" refers to the place (or "point") where you are conducting your sales. This could be a retail store, farmers market, pop-up shop or anywhere. A point of sale device lets you capture those sales at that point/location. Hence, "point of sale." Hope that helps.

      There are some Android tablets that support USB and that will support a wired scanner. For iPad you could try a lightning-to-USB adapter and treat it as a keyboard input. Wireless is certainly the better option.

      You can use the POS anywhere you have an internet connection. We have clients using it at pop-up shops, flea markets and food trucks. The compact POS Go is a nice compact device to use anywhere.

    Thank you for this video! Is there a way to set it so that some filters show one some collections and others show on different collections? The use case I am trying to solve for is different color values for different sizes...so if there is a collection selected with size A, it would show color set A vs. collection size B would show color set B.       The colors filters will show for the products that are relevant within that collection. It will only show the ones included within that collection (i.e. the relevant colors) so you can create collections with the specific products that you want.

    What if I make a monthly subscription based on discounts of items only and the deliveries is not set? Like the subscription is solely for customers to access to items at a discounted price and it's up to them how many they would like to have in each month.

      The delivery frequency is a required field. You must enter something for this value, otherwise you will get an error and cannot save the subscription.

    We are in MD BUT we do craftshows in VA and NY … so do I have to add market address each time I go to different craftshows ? Meaning will chance states as well

      Technically you don't have to, however if you want more accurate reporting and analytics, you should create new "Locations" for each craft show location. That way you can better track sales from each region.

      @@nataliastoev3784 It will all depend on where you have nexus. You may still be required to collect and pay tax in NY depending on how much you sell (i.e. economic nexus) in that state. You should consult your tax professional.

      If you have all your sizes and colors configured as variants, then yes, the user could select their option and see the price (and availability.)

      @@sunriseintegration where is that feature? Or is that a different feature that I have to download or purchase? We opened a food truck business and we decided to go with square but when I click item I don’t see the menu option to start adding our menu

      @@pgon23 Are you using the squareup.com dashboard site? The menu controls should under the Items. Did you download the Restaurant POS and connect it to your account?
