Agile development is a project management methodology that uses an iterative and flexible approach. Scrum is a specific type of agile development that focuses on short, time-boxed sprints. This is the method that we use at Sunrise Integration to produce work for our clients.
The team is led by a Scrum master who meets with the development team and reviews tasks during a daily standup. Work is developed and deliver across a 1-2 week sprint cycle that ends with a demonstration of work to the client.
