Webhooks allow an application to provide and send real-time information to other applications. Aircall Webhooks are designed to notify your system each time an event occurs in your Aircall app. They will allow you to push Aircall events to third-parties, whether it is in your in-house system or in a software that’s not yet integrated with Aircall.

How can I test my code like whether it is working or not because you also doesn't show in the video how it is working when call is created

You will need create a proper testing environment. This is something that happens outside of Aircall. You will create a production and development environment and create webhooks for each. This is the best approach.
