If you remove the motor completely and unclip the plastic base. Behind the grease, you will see a shaft with two gears. There are two spherical brass bushes at each end, and a tiny shim is beside each. As the gear runs, these bushes and shims wear out. As the mirror mechanism is just one big lever, the wear is amplified, causing the mirror to wobble. Insert a couple of tiny washers on the shaft behind the ball bushings to take out some of the play. Don't remove the play completely, as you need some to compensate for the start torque of the motor. Happy Fixing!

I'll be totally honest I cannot remember unfortunately mate at this point. These volvos always have the alarm service module, its a module in the wheel well that basically the battery dies or leaks or fails some other way and then it usually throws this message. You can get a new module for few hundred £ to replace or just put up with the message. Sometimes if the circuit board shorts however it CAN cause a drain as it pulls electricity due to the short.

What about hole at the bottom?) In my case, the antifreeze is leaking through a plug that was plugged in there.

The red plug at the bottom of the rad I assume? That is a coolant drain hole, yours might need tightening or new plug/gasket

Oh. thanx! Yeah, I had to redo the cork. It was plugged with a 22mm diameter metal plug and sealant@@Enginesetc
