Good morning MustyJonesy , First congratulations you will love it!! Go slow take your time it will get easier the more you do it. Make sure you have the drain plug in and you will have no issues. Personally I was the same way I went to the lake during the week when it was slow and just practiced a few times backing the trailer down and unhooking the boat and hooking back up.. Good morning Justinsnow, I do apologies for the late response this comment just came across now! Personally I am not sure, it may depend on how thick the grass ball or circumference is. I had no issues with the machine I rented its incredibly strong but I was mowing over small trees/brush, I just dont want to provide the wrong information.

Hi Hollywoodeatsordrinksit, first im sure you will love it! As per the motors not sure on the Tahoe how similar they will be. From my personal experience with an inboard on my parents 28’ bayliner. The outboard is so much easier to dock, and I have docked other outboards ranching from our little T16 to other 20-26’ center consoles. Good morning taterhater, yes that’s why I practice! Most of the “trees” I cut down are broken dead trees so I can learn. I’m teaching myself and I apply the tips and information I gain from here and apply it. Over the last two years I have come a long way but I am still very new to felling trees and make mistakes along the way!
