I’m preparing myself for this right now, I’m showing quite a few symptoms of ICP and know very well that if I do have ICP I’ll probably have to be induced early. I’m going to see the doctor today and get some answers but I’m preparing myself for them to tell me I need an induction. I also really wanted to labor at home and go med free, I’m experiencing all of the same doubts and fears that you expressed. One thing that’s helped a bit has been watching positive epidural free induction stories to reassure myself that it is possible and I might not get everything I’m wanting out of this birth experience, but I can still stay positive and take things as they come. I have my values and I know how to advocate for myself (because I’ve spent my entire pregnancy preparing for a med free birth and expecting a lot of pushback), and my husband is super supportive and ready to advocate for me to have some semblance of the birth experience I’m wanting.

I’m so proud of you!! 🎉🎉 I’m also in the process. I just got my abutment placed today….. the end is near!! I’m having anxiety about them placing the tooth. Ugh

I’m almost a week in post extraction/bone graft. It’s definitely a journey but I do have a new love of jello. I understand with the googling when something doesn’t feel right, I’ve done it more than I care to admit, but I’m trusting the process and trying to take it a day at a time. There is a sort of "philosophy" ig you could say, that I just kinda abide by, for pretty much everything, it's very simple, the concept of it is just that, if you simply do not give up, then it is impossible for you to loose. Me elaborating further on this anymore would just be overcomplicating something that dosent need to be overcomplicated Dont give up, ever, there's no reason to. Do/Act however you want., but, from my point of view this is very defeatist

I have the same missing molars as you , but in my case i need to get braces first for about 2 years cuz been missiing those 2 molars for long time my teeth chifted and it feels like a long journey that wont end ( 3 to 3.5 years ) im 22 and have to pay for it out of pocket dental insurance isnt a thing in my country im so mentaly drianed from being insecure about my teeth and always wished that i had better parents who didnt negelect me and took me to the dentist as a child and a teenager .... but what can u do

I had a doctors appointment today for chest pains, and when the nurse was asking why I was there. I explained to her my symptoms, and she was rude about it. I heard the PA and nurse asking why I was there today, they were laughing and making fun of me. because they said, “oh it’s just anxiety, that’s it.”

Sarah have your doctor done a blood test for low potassium i had it and my palpitations were out of control, dr put me on potassium n it’s all good now❤️🙏

I just have to thank you Sarah for these videos. I’ve rewatched your dental videos several times over the years as I’ve had to get two root canals and crowns since you originally posted this series. I just got back from the dentist who has now recommended another crown on a new tooth and all my fears were reignited so I went straight to your videos again today to help alleviate my worries. I’m 29 weeks currently and I asked to be induced at 37 weeks the reason being I have chronic pelvic pain so sad how our bodies don’t cooperate with us.

I had to be induced at 38 weeks because of preeclampsia and ultimately had a csection because baby couldn't handle contractions. For me, my baby being born alive was more important than sticking to my original birth plan.
