yes haha she's taught us so much, she also made me feel a lot better about buying hings second hand bc I was the poor kid in a rich person school and a lot of the times if someone asked me where I got clothes i was wearing and I said goodwill they'd make fun of me but she helped me realize that its a really good thing to do and that its not weird or embarrassing to buy stuff second hand, it's actually the better thing to do

I'm not in the youtube world as a creator, but on a personal level, I feel this. I think that a lot of people have been re-evaluating their life and what they're doing with it in light of the pandemic. I know for myself, I've become so tired with the way my life is going and with many of the people in it. I'm ready for a change and to do things that make me truly happy. And for once, I'm not worried about how others will feel about it. I love your channel and the content you create, but I understand your need to step back and do what makes you happy. What’s odd is that today is the day youtube decided to recommend this channel to me. As a genuine outsider, I think everything has a lifespan and an evolution. The 90s grunge makeup tutorial you made ages ago is the first thing I ever saw from you back in 2014, and I’ve gone back and watched it many times since then. I’ve had my CZcams channel for over a year now. I’ve noticed recently my videos don’t do well. I had one “viral video” which is why my subscriber count is almost at 2K. People prefer TikTok.. I can tell from the decreased watch time. Their attention and interest isn’t there bc TikTok is so accessible. I love my channel so much, but it can’t be my career. Being a therapist is my career, which means I can’t put much into my channel these days. I finally got my channel monetized, but not enough to make anything. I definitely support you moving on from here and pursuing your horror channel instead. I’ve been watching you since 2015 and it’s sad to see you go, but I’m proud of you for recognizing you need to do what makes you feel fulfilled! I wish you all the best Sarah! I first found you when you had bangs in like 2012. I remember it was a video about acne. Then I came across you again a few years later when you were in your beauty guru phase, and i've loved you since. In 2015 (I think), I sent you a texas chainsaw massacre shirt that I thrited to your PO box (I'm not sure if you ever received it? lol) But you've always been so relatable, down to earth, and genuine and I've loved your content over the years. I honestly have gotten a lot of comfort out of many of your videos, especially the late bloomer one. So thank you so much. people don’t watch vlogs anymore. they tend to watch little series like content where you’re consistent with your topic. so it’s natural for you to switch to your horror channel. i don’t think you’ve expired i just think youtube has changed and you got a little anxiety moving over there. nothing to worry about in my opinion 🍀

Honestly, I’m just subscribing now! I’ve watched a couple of your videos before because I got pretty into eco CZcams for a while there BUT this video is super interesting to me because you’re being so self aware and real. The internet is weird when you think of all the low key consumerism that is literally engrained in almost every part of it.
To me, the person in this video is showing how they truly feel about the time their living in, just like the way any creative person infuses reality into their work.

Hey Sarah! I originally found you through your horror channel in 2012. I fell in love with your personality and ended up subscribing to this channel to get more of you. You've stayed the most consistent youtuber in my life throughout all these years -- I think I have watched literally every video you've ever put out. You've helped me not only accept my introverted nature, but also feel proud of it. Every video you've made reflecting on your life has made an impact in my own life and the way I see things. You've become this very familiar and comforting face that I almost consider a "friend" despite it being completely unilateral. So when I saw the title of this video and the thumbnail I will admit that my heart shrank. Now having watched it till the end I have to say that I completely understand where you're coming from and fully respect and support your decision. I'm relieved to know you're not actually "going away", but simply shifting your attention and priorities to the things you feel most passionate right now about on this space. I just wanted to say you’ve been a huge inspiration for me in recent years. I know that sounds cliche but it feel like whenever I have something troubling me you seem to make a video on how to overcome that situation. I think as a viewer I got bored of the same content that was being produced 5-6 years ago and I unsubscribed to a lot of people. Creators seemed phony and uninspiring and as they got more “famous” their personalities changed. When I came back to CZcams as a viewer, I felt myself gravitating towards people who were authentic, who I felt were genuine. One of those people were you. I wish you luck and rest and a peace of mind of your break. CZcams will be here when you come back.
What’s crazy to me is I always considered the horror channel your main. It’s how I found you and subscribed. This channel was just an extra way to get to know you. I fully support your decision.
