What does earn W mean?

It’s not real. I designed and fabricated a Nintendo cabinet arcade concept for Super Smash Bros Melee for High Scores Arcade in 2019, that was all over the internet in the summer of that year, including features in prominent online game magazines. Looks like whoever made this, was, “inspired” by my “Nintendo style” design….without credit, of course. That’s how it usually goes in this community.

How it didn't workk

I actually like the idea of putting this game on switch. The original wii game has forced motion controls which not everyone is a fan of and the 3ds version obviously is low res, so bringing it to switch with regular controls and in hd would make it the definitive way to play. The problem is the $60 price tag. When metroid prime remastered, a game that clearly had way more effort put into its graphical update is only $40, there isn't any excuse for this game with the most bare bones hd upscaling to cost anything more than that. The same goes for luigis mansion 2 hd.

I'm buying Returns HD because I'm a DK fan and I want to support Donkey Kong. This was the best we could realistically hope for when Ninty fans who supposedly love DK pissed and moaned about Tropical Freeze BOTH times it released.

I log into my Nintendo account almost every single day. I love to collect the User Icons that change on a weekly basis, I bought so much of them that I went broke for a while and couldn't afford to buy all of them and ended up missing out on some of my favorites. I was not aware of the Game Trial feature. I'll go check more often.

Disclaimer: Im not a gamer, so I just heard about the controversies surrounding this Billy Mitchell guy. I watched a 3.5 hour documentary that broke down every difference between the loading screens of original arcade version vs MAME version of a game, plus the extra features MAME programs offer (like pausing, saving, and being able to change settings, etc). Im not an expert, but I feel like I now understand the intricacies of this whole ordeal. #1: The first time I saw Billy Mitchell, I instantly knew he was a pathological liar because he looks exactly like a bunch of different poker players I've gone up against over the last 20 years. He's the type of guy who thinks he can bluff someone off any hand because he's got "the goods". The facial hair, the long hair, his blue eyes, and his ridiculously over the top attire... try are all part of the lie, to try to help "cover" the lie. His entire demeanor screamed CON MAN to me. #2: He talks like a liar. He tries to act really chill and stoic, but he reveals his true self when he gets angry and lashes out when questioned. He uses ego with an air of indignation to deflect questions. His "tell" (like the poker players I mentioned earlier) is that he tries to appear outwardly strong when he knows he has a weak hand, so his actions are cartoon-ish... because he is over-acting. Its all an act, you see.. a fabrication, a lie. #3: Billy clearly was and is a great player, his Pac-Man score was amazing, but his ego demanded more. He cheated because he wanted to be viewed by the world as "The Best", even though deep down he knew that he was not "The Best". He cheated because he though it was an easy scam, like people wouldnt be willing or able to disprove his lies. He tried to bluff the wrong guys and got sent to the rail. #4: Billy is calculating, but he wasnt calculating enough to figure out that he (and the other players) could have made much more of an impact on the gaming community if he had engaged in live competitions, like a gaming world tour. Going from city to city, competing in front of a live audience, they all could have made money working as ambassadors to help continue to expand the appeal of arcade games and video games to the masses. It would have been an easy way to sell more gaming products and the endorsement deals would have cemented him as the "John Madden" of arcade games. #5: Billy was too selfish, and his pride was too weak, to understand that even the best lose sometimes. And those losses set up for massive comebacks, and they add to the legacy. Tom Brady has 7 rings but he played in 10 Super Bowls. Jordan was knocked out of the playoffs for years before winning in '91. True greatness comes from how we react to adversity. Billy Mitchell acted like a petulant child from the beginning. He lied to a lot of people for years. Billy: I know you're reading this. Listen, your best was good enough, you didnt have to lie. Your DK records have long since been broken. Its not too late to redeem yourself. Have a little hubris, eat a little humble pie, admit you were wrong, apologize to the other guys and gals, do a celebrity roast, get back to competing against this next generation of players... AND STOP BEING A DICK!!!

ik this is old, but im just now playing it. I LOVE how thorough this guy is in explaining stuff ie: shaking the controller like mad. compared to other similar videos, his is def most helpful

I check the Nintendo Switch online app on the Switch and check the news out. I’m not a fan of the redesign, but I still can read what’s new. I’ve utilized this, but here’s a trick. We own the physical copy of the game so it works without downloading the trial which is wild!
