Exact same as you brother. My channel has been de*d since August of last year but I’ve been from 260lbs down to 215lbs. I’m 41 and 6’2”. I’m also aiming at the best shape of my life. If your family has a history of illness, about added-sugar entirely and avoid processed food, that’s how you’ll stay healthy the longest.
I feel you man, I'm not in horrible shape but, I'm really trying to shape up before I hit 40 next year.
I miss your uploads but you're looking great! Keep up the hard work, dont give up! You should make a video showing your weightloss journey.

Congrats on your weight loss brother 💪 self care is very important! Your actually the same age as me I will be 40 in January, I’m trying to get myself in shape, I’ve been trough dialysis for 4 years due to kidney failure got bless with a kidney someone donated to the hospital last mid February and going a first year with my new kidney and I’m doing everything I can to take care of myself but hearing your story is very inspiring, as a online friend I’m very proud you!
I’m finishing up my degree next month then I’m right there with you! Excited to start focusing on my health again. Congrats!!
