Hey, you totally make a difference with this work you do. In case you're ever feeling like it's just content. I find the gym a nightmare and a lot of other content is weight loss or body mod focused and I really just need to get moving. Thank you for your consistent effort in getting people exercising without the BS.
i was really frustrated due to some my own personal reasons and i was very angry. i really have my exams coming tomorrow and dont have the energy to study, then i found this workout, now iam full on energy for tomorrows exam!!!!!đ€©đ€©đ€©đ€©đ€©đ€©

I am 69 years old, looking for short sweet workouts for non weight/cardio workout days. This is a nice video, time just right, no commentary, and the music is good. However THIS IS NOT HITT.
