    This stretching routine is the perfect complement to a 15 or 20 minute "Happy" workout afterwards. I feel great!

    This was really good! Definitely made me realise how stiff my body has become due to being inconsistent the last couple of months!

      Thanks Charlotte, that’s so true, we get so stiff by not moving, our joints and muscles need movement to stay flexible. Move it or lose it 😂💪🏻

    I love this type of exercise which I do either at the beginning of my training or at the end. I really like the last exercise of swinging the hips on each side, I admit that it is my favorite and that I get a good, big stretch from it. Thank you very much for these beautiful shares, they are very much appreciated about me.💁‍♀️👍🥰
