    Can we all take a moment to appreciate this workout style? I find they’re much more calming for my nervous system whilst simultaniously getting my heartrate up and a sweat going on. I can much better get through these workouts than any other cardio workouts I’ve done previously that leaves me really light-headed and NOT feeling my best. Monikas videos are PERFECT! x

      YES, same!!! I've actually found that for my health both physical and mental these are the ones that do it. I feel refreshed and calm but at the same time really active and flexible in my body. I tended to avoid fast-paced workouts in the past because of the same reasons as you, and it turns out they're actually bad and not recommended for my health.

    Have been able to consistently work out for over a week just because of your videos, they're so calming and intense without being overly exhausting, and just the pace+duration I need to get some movement daily. It's made me look forward to working out daily

    My husband started to exercise a few months ago, and with his poor coordination, he struggled a lot initially. He came across your channel and appreciated slower, low-impact, standing movements. He's been more consistent these days, and I can tell he's improved a lot and can follow your movements throughout. He said he enjoys this workout of yours.     I am not a morning person lol I have to be though cuz ya know, kids. I like how simple these workouts are, and how short they are. I also love how none of them are on the floor lol because I just fall back asleep if I hit the floor right after getting out of bed lol
