Been at school for about 10 hours I’m tired but I’m gonna work out and get my mind off the test I just took until I get my results. Thanks I have a really bad knee so doing things like jumping is hard but I manages the best I can and do what I can ❤

Are there exercises that are easy on the knees? I'm trying to keep up with the ones you post but by the end of the day i end up with really sore knees😢great effort, you make me want to exercise.🎉❤"
