      Yes. The benefit of using a stability ball is the constant engagement of the core. The goal of the video is to show the muscle/muscle group actively working the most during the exercise.

    You can get results that are just as good or better by using an inner tube from the wheel of a small motorbike - I use one from the front wheel of a 150 cc motorbike. Cut the valve out of the tube so you have length of tube and then and do "isometric" holds in various directions. Start out as a beginner with short holds of say just 20 secs and work up to longer holds. I do 90 second holds nowadays. I only do two holds per exercise. I don't do every hold of every exercises every day. The effects on the tendons and ligaments have been very strong - great for hitting if yoyu are into martial arts or self defense - and I have had a lot of neck and forearm thickening since I started this and I have much sronoger hands too. The keys are to keep the scapulae back and down and to always put in 100% effort. Shoulder, neck and upper back problems will disappear. Posture improves massively.

    Brilliant video. I was thinking I had to join a gym, but this covers everything. I particularly like the way the band is wrapped when rowing so the band can’t roll off and hit you in the face! Ingenious use of resistance bands.
