This is brilliant, as is the full body one you did 2 years ago. I will follow this regime with my resistance bands. May I ask if you can add the calf raise segment (from your video 2 years ago) to this new video.
Possibly add calf raises at the end of the lower body section

I love that you make resistance bands workouts and don't talk.
And maybe it could be even better if you could add voice cues on exercise start and end.
Also, the jiggling movements of the camera doesn't help at all. I'd much prefer having the plain switching between different angles without the nauseating field of view movements.

What u miss for lower Body ?
Fair point. Their other band workout video covers full body well, but it's quite lengthy and you'd have to create your own split from it.
