    This makes me so happy. About to go on a 4 week trip, and been concerned about losing momentum. Just ordered these bands, and will prepare by getting used to them at the gym - following this video. Tried them just briefly, and it feels GREAT!

    This is brilliant, as is the full body one you did 2 years ago. I will follow this regime with my resistance bands. May I ask if you can add the calf raise segment (from your video 2 years ago) to this new video.

    Please add voice cues 🙏🏼
    I love that you make resistance bands workouts and don't talk.
    And maybe it could be even better if you could add voice cues on exercise start and end.
    Also, the jiggling movements of the camera doesn't help at all. I'd much prefer having the plain switching between different angles without the nauseating field of view movements.

      And it's 25 minutes whereas at the beginning it says 15 minutes.
      And those shadows around the text don't help too 🙈

      Fair point. Their other band workout video covers full body well, but it's quite lengthy and you'd have to create your own split from it.
