Some comments to make the videos better:
1. Add sound cues for starting and ending exercises. You appear to be trying to sync it with the music but it doesn't always work + there's no heads up before ending/starting. A 3 to 5 countdown in a form of somewhat pleasant beeps would be nice. I like the beep-beep-beeeep variety with a longer last beep signifying a transition.
2. Make the progress bar work. For now it fills to the full but the exercise doesn't finish. Consider replacing it with a round timer with seconds inside - would be much easier to read and probably more convenient.
