    This is the best yet! I have no excuse for not doing this daily! During Covid lockdown I gained a bunch of weight and stopped exercising when the gyms closed. Doing your resistance band videos and a bit of cardio, with the keto diet, transformed me into as good of shape as I was when I went to the gym everyday; and in astonishingly little time! I never thought I could get a decent workout at home, but I found that I was way, way overdoing it all along. But I've fallen off the wagon this winter and I'm back for more, because spring is coming and I need to get my beach body back.

    what is the difference between the following exercises: bent over back fly, rear delt fly and band bent over fly? They seem to be very similar, but according to you the target muscle of the first and second exercise is UPPER BACK, REAR DELTS, and the third one is REAR DELTS only.
