Ladies and gents, let's set our entire Upper Body on fire. This new 45 MIN UPPER BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT - we will be targeting and strengthening all the muscles in your upper body, especially arms and shoulders. Get ready to feel the burn and see amazing results!
I used 2x 9 kg & 2x5 kg DB for your reference! 💪🏻

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

Wow! I really liked that you included 2 sets of each move. I'm used to training at 2-3 sets per move but that doesn't seem overly common on CZcams 🤷♀️ It made everything more fluid and helped me perfect the new moves. Thank you for helping me rise and shine on a Friday 🌞💪
