Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, dropping weights etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

Hi KayKay!❤ it's been a hot minute since I've done your workouts, as I am pregnant with my second and have been soo ill. I remember sharing this workout with my mum as it's less intense as your other workouts. Thank you thank you thank you! My 4th session back and feel so great for getting back into it. So thank you. Obviously modified the core exercises for pregnancy safe core exercises but loved it. Will be doing this every week! ❤
