get ready for an intense and super sweaty 45 MIN FULL BODY CRUSHER WORKOUT. 💦 With Dumbbells in combination with bodyweight exercises. Originally, a 40-minute workout was planned in our April schedule, but I decided to give you an extra 5 minutes as a treat 😋 I hope you don't mind 🙏🏼

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍

I think this is my favorite full body of yours that I have done. Super sweaty but felt amazing to finish it. The chainsaw pull to high row....might be my new favorite move! I always feel so much stronger after completing one of your workouts. Thank you for everything that you do for us ❤
