    Hey Team #everydaywarrior,
    are you ready to crush it? I am sure pretty much everyone wants STRONG, DEFINED | TONED Arms and Shoulders. Let's target them - let it burn. 🔥
    Don't get fooled by the weights I use: 2 x 4kg this time. The burn was real. Chose your weights wisely. Drop the weights if you can't do any more rep, try to continue moving without weights then (I did it myself). Come on - go get it!

    Equipment: a pair of dumbbells (I am using 2x 4 KG each DB, for your reference)
    * and a mat is recommended
    Grab your mat, your weights, sth. to drink and let's GO it, team!

    Many workouts are very leg-based. So this is such a welcome change to be doing resistance training for the upper body. Really loved this workout. More of these please. Thank you also for your great detailed notes to describe the weights, etc. Your clear instructions are greatly appreciated. They paid perfectly with your incredible workouts.

    What an incredible workout 😍 I needed something short, but deadly for my arms. I can say this was IT!!! I used 2x4,5 kg, because I don't have these hexagon dumbbells, I have only plates😅 but I could do it! I began to do the diamond push ups from my knees, because I thought I anyway cannot do it...but after I tried and I was so surprised that I can do full ones now. I almost cried a lil😅 I've become soooo much stronger since I discovered you. Thank you for the amazing work that you put in for us. ❤️❤️😍😍
