This is an amusing video to be sure but not terribly accurate. I can’t help but roll my eyes when someone recommends that people avoid positions required by their occupation because it’s not even remotely helpful. Internal rotation of the humerus bones as people work for 8hrs a day tends to shorten subscapularis and lats locking people into that position. Bad posture does not lead to the stress on the body;Stress on the body leads to inefficient posture. Think desk jobs, dental professionals, truck drivers, dish washers, hair stylists, etc. None of the other activities in the video are even typically done by the average person for any extended period of time and will likely only marginally contribute to the real problem if at all. Contrary to what this content creator said, massage therapy, when done properly, absolutely can be effective in releasing subscap and lats, thus restoring range of motion.

I'm scared to do any kind of exercise. I'm hyper mobile and have pain and clicking in nearly all joints. I have no idea what's safe and even where to start.
Hyper-mobility is much less common than hypo-mobility. It's this something you've always had?
@@BodyFixExercises always been flexible especially in ankles and feet but only in last two years since losing a lot of weight the rest of my body especially shoulders are always subluxing and horrible clicking noises.

When i fully bend my knee it becomes incredibly difficult to straighten and when it does it feels like a muscle moves back into place which then causes me pain and i cant figure out the issue

Ok so above my kneecap I can move what I think is a tendon all the way to the bottom of the knee where the pet alla tendon is I'm what's wrong but I can go without adjusting it every 5mins and if I move it on certain places it will cause extreme pain

Brilliant information! I’m always reading so years ago I bought two twin beds, put them together to make a large king bed, that are adjustable with zero gravity. What a massive improvement. My shoulders are no longer up to my ears after 35+ years and I haven’t woken up with neck pain or a headache in ages! Hubby is enjoying his side as well on days he’s worked a bit too hard.
