Release Your Lower Back Pain Like A Chiropractor

  • This lower back pain exercise releases spinal joints and sacroiliac joints using the same movements chiropractors use. A combination of rotation and flexion open the joints of the lower back, taking pressure off the joints and nerves. It can be used as a lower back self-adjustment or just a nice lumbar stretch. Opening lumbar spinal facet joints using chiropractic biomechanics is one of the quickest ways to get lower back pain relief. If your looking to release joints in your own back, this is a safe way of doing it, as long as it feels comfortable. It can even be used as a SI joint pain relief exercise.

      Yes!!! And I know you've done neck videos but do you have one that will help with a self adjustment for my neck? Is that even possible (to adjust my neck)?

    Holy shit, I'm 18 and due to online mode classes sitting all day got lower back pain. Just did this once and I can't feel my back (hurting 😂) thank you so much 🙏🏻

    I've been doing something similar to the first excercise but without doing circles with my leg. Once I've added those I felt an immediate difference. 2 months I've been struggling with lower back pain that just came out of nowhere overnight. 2 weeks of doing these excercise and I'm almost back to normal. Thanks.

    Ty my neck,chest bottom back is so bad. I got stretch it for wk I guess before it releases..lower back pops so bad everytime I move.. makes it ache all day..I thought it was dehydration but it's not...
