      Can you do a video for suprascapular neuropathy Steffan please. My supraspinatus has atrophied badly and none of the exercises seem to be working

    thanks for this info topman i have spinal stenosis/sciatica mainly on my right side but my left buttock/piriformis muscle is the most painful i mostly do these exercises but i may have overdone them thanks again

    Liking the video! 👍 Would it be possible to a similar one for scoliosis or would that be a too comprehensive subject matter?

      Don't know there's much I could say there. Varies per person.
      Face up is definitely best, because it won't accentuate any curves or overstretch any muscles

    D'you know... I feel the stretch already when I form the square with my legs. No wonder I have all sorts of follow-on issues 😕
