Neck Pain Relief Exercises For Sore Shoulders & Stiff Neck

  • If you've got pain at the base of your neck where your neck meets your shoulder, making your shoulders feel tight and your neck feel stiff & sore… here's a great way to release it yourself, safely and quickly, if you've tried everything else. These two physical therapy exercises can give you neck pain relief in a matter of minutes by releasing stuck neck joints that cause muscle tightness and inflammation in the neck joints. These neck exercises also have the added bonus of being able to release the first rib joint which is another very common cause of pain at the base of the neck.

      And he's spying on you and while I do not wish you any ill will if you do not repent and do away with those unclean spirits that won't be there for you on that day of judgement he will pour out his entire cup of wrath upon you and he'll remind you of your comments towards his sons and daughters on that day.
      I only fear my father who's throne is above all in heaven, who created those fallen being you serve who were too weak to defeat him. You can channel them all you want but they won't be there to save you like you think.
      The true and living creator of heaven, Iret, the firmament the waters above and below will have his vengeance soon. I pray you've given up unclean spirits who have nothing but eternal torment to look forward to in their future as your rocks to stand upon. You can be forgiven and included in the true kingdom, plastic positions and things of this soon to be destroyed kingdom aren't worth your eternity I can assure you of that. Mocking and attempts of fear mongering aren't effective either. You may think you don't care now but I assure you on that day of judgement you will if you're still in rebellion serving fallen created unclean beings.
      I could care less who is watching me or what is watching me I rebuke them all in Yahushas name! He's coming soon and all who are in rebellion will bow and confess he is king or kings Amen!
      Repent! For the TRUE kingdom of heaven is at hand! Until then I will continue to pray for and love all those who are under strong delusion trading insults, subliminals and threats for the "free will" to choose eternal death. As if the creator of man just kept you from something glorious by withholding the knowledge of good and evil from your conscience mind. I mean look at the lengths some go to as they grab hold of its destructive parts trading their very existences for temporary pieces of that proverbial pie. Holding onto the idea of one day "leaving the firmament" and "being as gods". Not realizing what that actually entails. Well alot of you will unfortunately find out, I'm just the messenger you don't want what's on the other side of that wall. It wasn't for you and will never be for you.

    Pressure points under the spine of scapular works great for me. Find the most painful point and dig your fingers in for as long as you can take.

    Can this happen with stress? I find that my neck/shoulder pain usually happens during the day and subsides by evening time.
    What weird is the same exercise that helps in evening doesn't help in the day time, rather just makes the neck feel even stiffer

      There are two main causes of this. Looking down all day (at phones, laptops, etc). And stress tensing up this area and leading to joint restriction,

      Sleeping on the side does not make a scoliosis worse.
      At 25 years old the curve will not get worse
