I paused just before the run, I think you are going to smoke your brother in the race, due to the time you gain with technique training.
I was right, but I expected bigger gains on the time .... I will do this as well to see how much improvement i can achieve in 30 days.

Trying to beat weight with exercise is a fools errand. Just stop eating. Focus on strengthening where you are most vulnerable.... Your appitite.

It's hard to believe that you had 27% of fat mass. You are so slim!
The video makes it obvious you found the culprit was diet, our snack foods are calorie dense. But another factor people don't tend to think about until it's obvious is aging. Being sedentary or eating and drinking too many calories can be more easily absorbed when we're young, but injuries and bad eating can't be shrugged off as easily as we age.

Cutting out sugar from your diet is very difficult but with some self discipline you can cut out high sugar items like fizzy drinks, chocolate, snacks etc. just doing this helps a lot.
