    Namaste Sjana! This weekend I booked myself a solo island trip, did this class before leaving my house. So much love for you over the years since I was 15 now I am 21. You have helped me immensely in stepping into my body, just feeling it, and truly nurturing it/ figuring out where I am holding tension, how to release it. Building strength and flexibility :)
