  • Let’s get on our mats, and move energy through our beings - filtering out the negative and bringing awareness back to gratitude and love. This is a light hearted offering from my heart to yours, in order to shift through the heavier phases our heart can sometimes feel stuck in, and stepping back toward the lightness within. We’ll move slowly, steadily and with intention, together.

    What’s the difference between breathing in and out through the nose and breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth? Does it trigger different senses?
