  • Let’s get bendy in the living room! A lot of the time, (unless we’re in a yoga studio) we don’t have big open spaces to practice. So, I take you in to your own living room or bedroom, and we use the furniture to help assist our practice, so that it’s helpful rather than cluttering. We can even use it to get up side down, and build our confidence and strength in inversions! This is a fun little class if you can keep your mind open!

    Equipment: Yoga Mat, Yoga Block, Yoga Strap (And / or any furniture you have access to such as a bed or a couch).

    Loved it! great use and vocal guidance with the props. And the breathwork closed the practis for me perfectly, leaving into the day balanced between confidence and tranquility

    Very fun, quick practice - thank you so much. I loved playing around with pincha from the couch and doing a little breath work at the end
