Fantastic design. Everything goes together so well. For camping trips, hmmm ... how easy is to assemble in the wind & rain? PS, you really need to learn to lift correctly, so many times I saw you lift with your back (bent forward) instead of lifting with your legs.

The day of judgment is decisive and displays to all the seal of truth. I’d hate to see you get hurt doing any of this sort of work, although you are extremely skillful. I’d imagine it would be safer (yet harder to judge and analyze) to hook up your truck and a winch to the doggies to get them up on that there portable sawmill? I’d love an opinion or reason why this wouldn’t be a good idea. Just food for thought I suppose. Thanks for the content you share, it’s important to me. Hope you are finding yourself well these days! Im in Michigan too. I moved to Adrian at the end of January and i absolutely love being back "home" i took care of my father and lived with him and watched him take his last breath here on earth , all my siblings passed away early. I prayed for strength and wisdom and God got me through it and has blessed me tenfold❤ i missed alot but im back now.

Man ! This is 1st video I've seen of yours. I'm digging all of it. Great stuff. I was 10yrs old visiting an enclave of my mother's side of family just outside Bogota, Colombia; back in August '72. Most of the Household's meals were cooked in wood burning stove/oven. Produce and some poultry & some livestock at property or by family neighbors. All fresh. Dont remember ever going to a market. Aunt/Uncle had a gas (propane) stove & oven but the woodburner was mostly used. Introduced to coffee at that age and damn I'm still drinking it. But theres something to be said of food cooked that way everyday, all day & food source on land or bartered & bought fresh. Sometimes like life fresh and field dressed home. Prepped by everyone in family and cooked on/in that woodburner. Great memories. Im smelling/tasting the food as I watch this video. I can't better explain it than that.

When I have up dreams of a huge lucury house and moving to a big city (I did move but I came back to my small hometown where I grew up) and Armani suits and things... I found freedom. I love being in my small north Georgia hometown. A slower, simpler life. I can breathe. I found my faith. I became a better father. All because i decided simple living was the way to go. I am happy. Seems we have a lot in common. I love this.

Thanks so much for your heart warming videos I was trying to understand the difference between English Victorian stoves and the American.English ones built inside the hearth and American mostly seperate.

Many many years ago (I am presently 81) we had a one room classroom and a pot belly stove. In winter our teacher would open cans of Campbell's veg soup and heat that upend serve it to all the students, from K to Grade 6. It was in Canada and the winters were fierce, so no one walked home for lunch. It was bad enough walking to school in the morning and back home at 3 pm. We thought it was all normal. My mother had been a teacher in different one room classrooms and I have pictures. Of course we were under British rule, more than we are today, and sang God save the King and then the Queen, no Canadian national anthem. We also got on our knees and said the "Our Father" every morning. I skipped grades and ended up at a Boarding School much younger than my lifetime friends. However, we never spoke about ages or birthdays. It was 40 years later I found out the age difference. No wonder they were all much wiser than I was!! I loved my life and see my grand-daughter today happy in her special private school enjoying nature and K and Grade One was devoted to making these little ones strong in character, have empathy for others, and all the great traits students had long ago.
