You’re testimony today is inspiring…… thank you I needed that, being a 72 year old lady….sometimes I feel like I’m done, everything is the same everyday.🙏🏻❤️
You absolutely entertain me, I have always loved log cabins and I went back to see how you got started, brother you are a force to be reckoned with. Unbelievable talent and you love the Lord. God bless. 17:06
Thank you Barb. That is my sister’s name as well. Stay tuned when I finally tell my story. God saved me. To him I owe my all. Stay tuned it’s coming soon.
A small town just 15 miles from our town will be celebrating its school turning 100 yrs. old in a few weeks. Our church is in this town, and they are expecting a large turnout. We have our all-school reunion in a couple years, my husband graduated in 1980 and myself in 1982. It's hard to believe it's been that long. Love the tiny cabin! Thank you for teaching the younger generations, keeps the history and skills alive. Hope you had fun at your reunion.
From the moment I started following you I have been absolutely amazed of your never ending talents and inspirational messages! Everyone should know a gentleman with this many encouraging ways. Thank you Jerry!
Wow, amazing message. Your message inspired me to subscribe to your channel. I have watched a few of your videos about your cabin but it was your message about God that made me want to follow you. Thanks so much :)
Is that a kit to replicate a log cabin? Those rafters and sides looked like they wasn't heavy at all. But I love the lifestyle your living! It just amazes me that so many people want to live that lifestyle and they build this old looking cabin and makes it look like the live off the land, but they don't show you all the modern-day metal barns and metal workshops and big tractors they have! It's almost a big show! A lot of people are fake! I love your channel though!
That is if your talking when I went from dark to light in this video I used Clorox. If you mean when I went from light to dark last summer I used steel wool in vinegar. But it was a little too dark for my liking
@@logcabinlifestyle Oh thank you for clarifying. I love your channel, it's been a big inspiration for me. I'm just about to start work on a sod dugout, I have some land in Oklahoma and I'm going to make it as historically accurate as I can.

Thats cool, i was kicked out of school in the early seventy's when i was fifteen in the eighth grade and i have never been inside of a high school.
How long before you start making hard cider? Staying true to the history of John Chapman would be a fine thing.
I’m not opposed to making or even drinking hard cider. Im most certain that Johnny had a sip or two in his days.
Hi jerry
Hi Rat 2 Go
How did you change the color of the wood?
Sprayed lightly with Clorox
@@logcabinlifestyle wow thank you i never would have thought of that
