I also went threw super hard times that lasted nearly four years. Full blown depressed, hit bottom and beyond. It took a long time to bounce back also. When it comes to finding God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that slowly found its way in. Now what kicked me in the butt started in a junk yard of all places. I got what I wanted and just wanted to cash out and go home. I usually check some vehicles and just go but I went out of my way to look inside a suburban with 'no' interest in it at all. With windows open exposed to the weather laid a Bible between the front seats. They let me have it and now I'm 3/4 threw it. That woke we up and never looked back. Bought a book in Amish country , Lancaster, PA. and it's a MUST to understand the Bible. 'The complete guide to the Bible' by Stephen M. Miller. This book is difficult to put down, it's that good. So remember, our body is owned by GOD and is on loan to us. Earth is a holding place, not home! Heaven is home and dying is nothing to fear. Enough said and there is so much. So Repent, accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and everything else becomes easier. ❤

I loved this video for quite a few different reasons one of them is that being a woman and watching it It’s nice to see a man a father, a husband, a strong man talk about the kindness, the strength and beauty of God and never quoting scripture or having the Bible opened the whole story quotes scripture the whole journey that you have experienced (scripture Deuteronomy 33: Matthew 7: 1Corinthians 1: Matthew 22: Matthew 16: )and brother, when you mentioned the oil that you felt being gently poured over your head, and you felt every bit of it as it rolled down your face and down your chest across your heart that reminds me of the Scripture , that God says the eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms that just reminds me of being wrapped in his tight and everlasting love it was just beautiful and I look forward to hearing about the rest of your journey with our God. Follow his guidance and direction everytime I pray I ask for grace, wisdom and guidance from my father. I repent everyday because nobody is perfect and I live by faith now. I don't try to understand or question his plans for me I just keep going. My life has been rough as well. I'm the last living child now. It hurts me deeply that everyone I loved is gone, mom, dad, husband, brothers. I'm ready to move forward now, I'm lonely most days and my dogs really help me and my bible.❤

The Spirit requires you to think for yourself. No book in the world can contain the subtleties of your own mind. Books, like podcasts, are there - - to bounce off possibilities. The possibilities are only there when you can think / perceive, for yourself. If not, then the possibilities are limited to what 'authority' says is OK.
Thank you for sharing your stories and your faith. Is there a better walk through life than hearing God, in Father ,Son or Holy Spirit speak to you, and following their lead? I pray for that peace to hear. Your stories are what the church should be. I must say, that lantern on the edge of the table was causing me some stress, esp.when you started waving your arm around! I kept thinking, guardian angels are there, Holy Spirit is there, it will be ok. And it was. But please, don't put that lantern there, if only just for my peace of mind.😊 BTW, once again,I'm not getting your video notices. Bummer!
