Although I don’t know what the general perception was, amongst my coworkers, when my boss started actually pulling someone, from another group, aside, to complain that I shouldn’t be working on something his own boss assigned, I just sat there, watching, not participating, looking at what a fool my boss was making of himself. On more than one occasion, my boss’s jealousy has surfaced.

My guy neighbours are jealous of me because caan is their examples! My man bought me 3 timberlands n every time I throw away the boxes they get jealous n do weird things like it’s female parts they carry! My man is not the only one who buys me expensive shoes! The one time I bought him clothes for the shoes he bought me n the next 2 times I bought him timberlands back! So he has 2 brand new shoes from me he hasn’t worn as yet! Let them know I can afford to buy them for myself but I don’t run down name brands unless it’s something I really like, I look rich in simple clothes! It’s just the way my God has made me! That why it doesn’t take much for some ppl to get jealous of me it’s because the way I look.

I think stopping a tantrum is completely dependant on the the child you're working with. Sometimes giving them choices only leads them gaining more control. This doesnt work with all kids. I have had kids that keep screaming no matter what. Especially if you're not the parent and are just the caregiver. There could be multiple ways the child is being disciplined. As a mom and caregiver for over 35 years I can say that teaching a child to self regulate first is most is helpful. Sometimes no is just no or not now and they need to learn that. Other times a choice can be helpful but not if it turns into a 25 minute struggle of negotiating with a toddler. That's too much emotionally for them too. We are the adult its our responsibility to say no and make decisions for them. Its ok for kids to get mad and upset about that, its actually how they learn.
