    Remember that every muscle in his body is designed not for gym show. It's designed to hurt and destroy the other guy. Also, he's not muscle bound. He's super fast. All mid to top tier boxers have great bodies and fast twitch muscles. Oh and also tremendous stamina.

    If you add a bit of weight to ab training do 2 different exercise sets for upper lower and oblique twice a week , that’ll be plenty, this workout is overkill

    They aren't that bad I do these workouts the key is more reps the more reps u do the more u will get used to it
