    16 exercises - 50 reps each
    1. Sit up position, legs straight, feet up and down (tip toes), with hands over knees (50 reps) 0:05
    2. Sit up position, legs straight, cross overs (feet over each other) (50 reps) 0:30
    3. Sit up position, ½ Leg press (push both legs forward) (50 reps) 0:57
    4. Lie flat, cross legs and push and pull legs to body (50 reps) 1:26
    REST - Neck rotations side to side (26 seconds approx) 1:55 - 2:21
    5. Lie flat, legs vertical, knees slightly bent touch shoe laces (50 reps) 2:22
    6. Lie flat, crunches to knees (50 reps) 2:56
    7. Lie flat, hand catches to sky (one each side, right and left) (50 reps, 25 reps each side) 3:25
    8. Lie flat, rotate body (keep legs normal), and crunch ‘handshake’ crunch to right side (20 reps). middle (20 reps) and left side (20 reps) 4:07
    9. Lie flat, right foot over left knee (cross legs), crunch to opposite knee. Then rotate (25 reps each side) 5:07
    10. Lie flat, Abs rotation (around the world) towards right (25 reps) and Left (25 reps) 6:46
    11. Lie flat, feet crossed (above ground) and knees in and rotate arms like bicycle and crunch towards knees (50 reps) 7:53
    12. Lie flat, rotating heel touches to right (30 reps), to left (30 reps) 8:41
    13. Lie on side, side crunches to right (30 reps), to left (30 reps) 9:47
    REST - Wipe sweat! (45 seconds approx) 11:07 - 11:50
    14. Sit up position, rotating leg press, feet off ground, hands behind buttocks. Kick forwards, right, middle and left (50 reps) 11:51
    15. Sit up position, feet off floor prayer twist crunch to right (25 reps), to left (25 reps) 12:32
    16. Lie flat, legs vertical, knees slightly bent touch shoe laces (50 reps) 13:04
    COOLDOWN - Chill and stretch abs.

    I got a six pack just WATCHING this!
    Manny’s preparation is elite, his ring IQ is elite, his speed is still above average, his footwork cannot be imitated, he’s definitely not just “passing” the torch. Thurman will have to awaken his inner dragon to take the torch from Manny.
    I’m rooting for Pac! But good luck Thurman.

      @@GBHanny8 You can do each exercise in the video for 10-15 reps and thats if you're a beginner. Or you could do two sets of the workout. Up to you, I suggest you start slowly and then when you get stronger, increase your reps or sets. Tell me how it goes 🤙

    Notice how his body seems rock solid and his form perfect while others seem like they're flopping around like a fish., because he is actually using only his core muscle to perform exercises while others trying to catch him are using their legs and back to push them up.       @dmcariaga It's probably not their posture. There are secondary, and tertiary muscles being used here. In a push- up most people give at the neck, and their abs. They probably haven't done many, or really any excercises that affected their neck much. Gravity is pushing your head down in this position. I got a jacked neck in highschool from just doing push-ups. With proper rest, and a few weeks more of doing this, it should go away. Hell, at one point my wrists began to hurt just from the volume. Eventually they got stronger, and I didn't have to worry about that.

    I always incorporated some of Pac mans workouts into my running routine and just a general warm up and some of the core workout but not as much. Going to start doing his while ab routine workout. He doesn't do any bs reps either. Nice and clean. This guys work ethic is crazy and being 40plus is crazy to me. I'm 30..5ft 5..145pds. Not an out of shape person at all but even then Manny is a diff specimen

      keep pushin yourself. It is hard on your first try and it is understandable. try doing it at least 10reps only. and day by day your body will adjust.

    My work out routine is only composed of 10 minute stretching,1 hour basketball drills for my cardio(mostly shooting variations and finishing under the rim).120 reps of core exercise,100 reps for arms( consist of chin ups,pull ups,push ups anddumbbell curls).30 dips, 200 reps doing grips each for fore arms. Another 30-50 squats and 3min jumping jacks. I do this for more than 2 hrs a day,4 days a week and I'm on my 3rd week.stay fit stay strong stay healthy.stay motivated
